What do you all think about peyton’s choke at the AFC Divisional game between the Broncos and Ravens?
Well…. peyton manning honestly looked weak and old in taht game. he had to wear the jacket whenever he went to the side lines and had to wear those gloves. i bet the gloves and definitely the cold weather wore him down. he usually makes big plays, but this game he couldn’t pass properly. He barely made 20 – 30 yard throws like only 2, and had minor 3 – 4 yard passes. Meryl Hodge that guy on sportscenter said it best, you could only go so far as to keep making those small passes until the defense forces you to make a mistake and intercepts the ball.
Having said that, the broncos had the chance to wrap up the game with 1 minute left, a 3rd and 7th and the ravens had no time outs. THEY COULD’VE THROW A BALL WITH PEYTON AS THE PASSER AND ENDED IT. Who cares if you gained 3 yards, throw it again, honestly peyton shouldve had made that play. Being conservative and run it 3 times without making a 1st down and then giving it back to an offense that scored with 40 seconds is pathetic. Plus how on earth could you let the ravens score a 40 yard + TD with 40 Seconds left? That was pathetic.
Plus, peyton couldn’t throw the ball good, basically his defense and running game carried him the Whole game. He had some throws, but come on, those barely counted. Peyton was struggling to keep up with a lively and active ravens defense that was sacking him and putting him under pressure all day. The ravens almost lost, But with 29 sec, the broncos had 2 time outs, and had the chance to drive down to at least the 40 yard and try a 50 or 46 yard field goal. Honestly, if you can’t get that first down with 40 seconds left, or a field goal with 20 seconds left, don’t expect to make it to the super bowl. Those are the plays that playoff teams make and winners make.

How did Denver take the west last yr? you mean AFC West? Denver was tied 8-8 w/ two other teams that had identical records, that’s not exactly “taking” the west. Of course Denver is a favorite to win the Superbowl, any team Manning chose would have been. Same w/ any team would be scared of the team Manning chose.
This guy is just hurt Manning didn’t go to another team. We took the west last year and we are 10 to 1 to win the Super Bowl this year. Everyone is going to be scared of the broncos next year, its ok to admit it.
First of all, Tim Tebow did not do anything. Denver went the playoffs because of our defense. It’s funny that you talk about our receivers, because Denver ran the ball most of the time to compensate for Tebow. Now that we have Manning you be able to see what Decker and Thomas can do.

Hate on Denver as much as you want. Our team is picking up better players throughout the off season. Peyton Manning is not only a great player, but he brings good players to the team. Don’t hate just because he made the right decision.
I was never for Tim Tebow if that is what you are saying.

You have a washed up running back, absolutely no receivers to throw too, a coach that is more conservative then the pope. Listen, you havent been to the playoffs in 6 years, you started the season 1-4 and would of had no shot except if it wasnt for a guy named Tebow. Just face it, with your team as cash strapped as it is for the next 5 years, your going to need all of the luck you can get.
